We are proud of our long standing relationships with two well established banks in the US, who can provide a business account for your Company in USD currency, with online banking services and Credit/Debit Cards. One major advantage is that there is no personal visit required to open your account. They accept applications from any nationality and the account process is fast and efficient. Minimum deposit is USD 10,000.

There is no limit on the amount of incoming and outgoing transactions.

Accounts are generally activated in 10 working days, once all required documents and forms have been submitted and approved. The process is easy and pre-approval can be done by email.

You will have to provide the following documents (they should be certified by Notary):

  • Copies of 2 national IDs
  • Copy of utility bill confirming residency address
  • 3 most recent bank statements
  • Copy of financial statements prepared by a registered CPA (Certified Public Accountant) for the last 3 years
  • 2 bank references
  • Bank Account opening forms (we will provide partially completed, you do the rest)
  • Notary Set of Corporate documents (we will prepare it)

The identification document of preference by the bank is the passport. All documents that are not in original must be notarized, and all documents that are not in English must be translated by a certified translator. We will prepare certified copies of the company’s corporate paperwork in the format required by the banks on your behalf, i.e. Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association and a Board Resolution appointing the authorized signatories.

You are eligible for this service if you incorporate your Company with us; any of the jurisdictions will provide a corporate structure that will fit the requirements of these banks. Once you have decided that such US account will suit your banking needs, we will assist you in opening an account: you will receive the required company documents and pre-filled forms. You will have to email us scanned copies of the forms completed and signed, along with your personal documents. We will verify that they are acceptable with a representative, and you will wire your initial deposit of USD 10,000 and courier the originals to the Bank upon confirmation.

Our fee is USD 1,990 or GBP 1,555 or EUR 1,810 for corporate accounts. This service comes as a package and includes the preparation and certification of the Company documents, along with international courier fees.
